Decided to visit this location for my first time after considering other spas in my proximity. The salon was very clean, light and bright. I was greeted right away by Maria and a client. Both ladies were very friendly and helped ease my anxiousness. I was then introduced to Brandi who would be taking care of me. Brandi was so kind and patient, her big beautiful smile was also very comforting. She walked me through what to expect. Being 7 months pregnant and this being my first time I was extremely nervous, but Brandi was so reassuring like a friend you’ve known forever. The process went smoothly ( pun intended) and I was sheepishly, but pleasantly surprised by how well I managed with Brandi encouraging me throughout it all. I scheduled my 4 week follow up appointment right then and there! So thankful to Brandi for being a girl’s girl and being so great to this first timer.
This is THE BEST waxing salon I've ever been to!! I have a condition which makes my skin very delicate, and Maria gave me the most thorough and painless wax of my entire life (I look like I've never even grown hair there before!!)
The technique is EXPERT LEVEL and the customer service is top notch.
Once I was done, Maria gave me a quick lesson on the best hygienic practices to avoid ingrowns and irritation - and she sent me home with a care package!

Got waxed for the first time and had Andrea. I was pretty anxious about doing it, but she was really nice and friendly, and made me feel a lot better about it. Honestly I did struggle making it through the waxing haha, but she made the experience a lot more pleasant! Thank you Andrea!

Bella was super sweet but went too fast didn’t let wax dry or should have known to use a harder wax for my hair type I left with hair on my lady lips once I was home

All the women there are so wonderful! Their space is very relaxing and everyone makes you feel so welcome and at home. I had Maria once and she is very talented and friendly. I had Alexsea the first time and she did a great job explaining the process so I knew what to expect. My main girl, Katherine, was always so wonderful! I always enjoyed chatting with her and she always did a great job with me. Thank you so much for all your team does and I'm sad that I won't be able to come here anymore since I'm moving, but definitely a great place to start for someone who had never done this before coming here. Everyone always did a great job making it a fairly painless experience. They also have this amazing oil you can buy to prevent any irritation during the regrowth process (i have sensitive skin).
